Shipment & Returns Policy

Returns:
We do not accept Returns. Once an item is purchased it is yours unless defective.


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For all instock items, they will go out within 3 business days. Pre-order items take between 4-6 weeks from time order is placed.
